Oh Robert, all I can do is heavy sigh, as an immigrant, as a political asylum receiver 27 years ago I am painfully aware how lucky I am that it didn’t happen during this time! Fighting all we can here and trying to keep hope alive but the magnitude of the horrors that are happening are overwhelming. It makes me feel so powerless no matter how much I do!
