It is funny, but sometimes I feel guilty after a long absence from friends, but my best buds are generous and loving and we just pick up where ever we left off without worrying about the time that has passed!

Hi Darlene! It is always beautiful to reconnect with you! I do need to get back to Victoria. I think it may be the most beautiful spot to live in Canada. Much love to you!

Yes, once again you have put into words what I've been feeling lately. I miss all those Florida trips over the years we took to see everyone and sit around the campfire. Life changed 20 years ago. I don't even know if I would want to go back to the way it was if I could. I have friends I see weekly but I also have friends that are close that I only see on a screen, both are important in my life. Jill please let me know if you come to Victoria again I would love to catch up. I think of you every time I see your artwork mobile you sent me 20 years ago when Gerry died with all our favorite things hanging on it.

Love Darlene

So true! I have had all those experiences and I feel my life is richer for it! Sometimes, because I am quite an introvert and my job kinda sucks me dry of social, in person, emotional ability, I get to keep in touch when otherwise I may not! Such a good post Jill!

I love going to small venues Robert, getting to meet new artists, sometimes you find gems and you are right about a more intimate audience!

Reading your newsletter is always a treat and I am always grateful for sharing your thoughts!

Beautiful reminder Jill! To all the friends we’ve met along the way and to those whose paths we still have to meet.

So cool how you included the music and the awesome gathering to celebrate Lynn’s 🎶

Look forward to more newsletters 🤗
