I did a video explaining my recipe for grilled/smoked BBQ Canada Goose on the deck overlooking Big Rideau Lake and it made an episode of 'Wild Game Cooking' with Indigenous Chef, John Podolak in British Columbia: https://app.box.com/s/08z192dpb688ounrweoj0ylgcfvjwkkn
